Today's Objectives:
1. Log in to the wiki using your username and password. Seek help if you're experiencing trouble with this.
2. Find a book about your topic, either in the Archer Library or in another library and take notes by answering whatever (not all) questions apply to your information. If you are not finding any answers, then it's probably a weak source for you.
3. Make any edits to your wiki that you think you need to make. Be sure you are maintaining an organized wiki with proper citations, color-coding and clear notes.
By the end of the I-Search:
Students will be able to familiarize themselves with the process of searching for and evaluating a variety of sources.
Students will be able to take organized and thorough notes, which allow them to recall what information came from what source.
Students will be able to navigate through the Archer Library website with ease.
Students will be able to produce a an organized, thorough wiki page.
Students will be able to demonstrate a deeper undersatnding of a topic that interests them.
Students will be able to convey their new knowledge of the topic in an interesting, educational presentation.
Students will be able to cite all sources and use parenthetical notation where needed in their draft of their speech.
Students will be able to compare their research processes with those of their classmates as they visit each others' wiki pages.

Is anyone else having a lot of trouble with the wiki program?! The color font wont work, and Im having so many other problems. Is anyone else having this problem?!!!!

I am too. It's really acting up. Every time I opend up my wiki page it would show it then automaticaly go to my email then freeze. Plus everything you said.

I HAVE A QUESTION this is to everybody...I am doing my wiki and the smallest i can get the letters is 8pt. Is there any way to make it smaller?

I don't think you can make it any smaller than 8pt.

What you need to do is color the source, write your fact NEXT TO THE SOURCE, then copy and paste it under the question. Sounds long, but works!

what i did was to change the color u have to choose one thing to color colore it then save and keep going and just constantly do that, tell me if that works?!?! Oh and comment on my page pwease
